1)
Reservations -
A reservation with Exclusively Morocco implies an acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
A reservation application must be completed, signed and returned to Exclusively Morocco.
A deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the program shall occur upon confirmation of all services.
The balance of the whole cost must be received by Exclusively Morocco at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the reservation dates.
All reservations made with less than 30 days remaining until the date of
departure must be accompanied by the full amount of the requested services' cost.
Methods of payment for deposit and balance:
1.) By credit card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Details for paying by credit card will be sent with the confirmation letter. Note: Payments made by credit card will require an additional payment equal to three percent (3%) of the total amount charged to cover merchant fees.
2.) By wire transfer according to the following bank details:

A copy of the receipt of transfer should be sent by
fax to Exclusively Morocco at (212) 4 433 1140.

Cancellations -
A client who cancels more than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the reserved dates will be reimbursed in full except for $50.00 (fifty USD) per person (registration costs). If a client cancels at less than 30 days, Exclusively Morocco will deduct a percentage of the cost, as follows: 30-8 days, 50%; 7-2 days, 75%; and 1 day 90%. Failure of the client to appear at the appointed hour and point of departure will result in a cancellation cost equal to the entire cost of the tour.
In the case of a tour being cut short by the client, no matter what the cause may be, no reimbursement will take place. Insurance is available
to our clients which covers cancellations, travel to and from your home country, and travel risks. This insurance can compensate you in the case of a justifiable cancellation (notably sickness, accident, or a death).
3.
Insurance -
Exclusively Morocco carries liability insurance and conforms to Moroccan laws regulating insurance standards in the travel and tour agency industry. We are insured by Al Wataniya. However, we advise our clients to carry
multi-risk insurance to guard against cancellations, sickness, injury, costs of search and rescue, or loss of property during their entire tour.
4.
Responsibility -
Clients are expected to respect the Moroccan laws and authorities, especially those concerning police, customs, and health, throughout their travels in Morocco. The information provided by Exclusively Morocco to our clients concerning the responsibilities of tourists visiting Morocco should not be misconstrued to mean that Exclusively Morocco is responsible for the actions of our clients.
Exclusively Morocco acts in good faith and in cooperation with providers of other services (transportation, hotels, guides, restaurants, airlines,…). If circumstances require it, Exclusively Morocco reserves the right to
modify certain itineraries or services with or without notice.
5.
Prices -
All rates featured on our programs are valid till
December 15th, 2000.
6.
Specific Conditions -
Different specific conditions may apply to special groups or events. Clients will be informed of these conditions upon confirmation of the requested services.
