Culinary Tour of Morocco

Morocco is a feast for the eyes, but it's also a land of wonderful food and culinary delights. On this tour you'll not only sample a myriad of gourmet dishes, you'll also learn how to prepare them!

In both Marrakesh and Fez, you'll be invited into the homes, restaurants, and kitchens of chefs and private families who will teach you to shop, prepare, and serve numerous Moroccan dishes. Among the delights that you will learn are Tangia, Spring Rolls, multi-dish Moroccan salads, Berber bread, Pastilla, and Kaab Ghzal, a very special pastry.

Your culinary adventure will include guided shopping visits in the Medinas of Fez and Marrakesh, visits with local families, and meals you will remember for a lifetime.

This tour offers a special value since it includes all meals from dinner on the day of your arrival through breakfast on the day of your departure.
